• Bundles (combinations of eBooks and Tools)

No physical goods are sold. No tutoring or private lessons are offered through this Site.

3) Digital Products, Licenses & Refunds

This section applies to all digital products provided by How To Study German LLC.

3.1 Delivery & License

• Delivery: eBooks are delivered as PDF files via download link/email. Digital tools are accessed directly via our website.
• License: Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for private, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling, uploading, or redistributing the files or access credentials is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Our Promise: Notwithstanding the legal exclusion of withdrawal in Section 3.2, we voluntarily offer a 14-day “no questions asked” money-back guarantee for ALL our digital products (eBooks, Tools, and Bundles).
• Timeframe: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Effect of Refund: Upon refund, your license to use the digital tool will be revoked. For eBooks (PDF), we trust you to delete the file from your devices upon receiving the refund.

4) Payments, Taxes & Invoicing

• Payments for digital products are securely processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
• Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, and collection of applicable taxes (including VAT/GST).
• Your payment statement may show “PADDLE” or a similar descriptor.

5) Acceptable Use

• Use the Site lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or bypass security measures.
• Do not use our products for commercial redistribution without written permission.

6) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, files, tools) is owned by or licensed to How To Study German LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, no rights are granted.

7) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or exam results.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, the laws of the State of Wyoming (where How To Study German LLC is registered).
• Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Wyoming, USA.
• Consumer Rights: Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

9) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
